What: Using the communal bath as a COMMUNITY now that everything's supposedly scrubbed down. Hopefully the Grimer won't get us!
Where: Both sides of the bath house.
When: Feb. 12th, 8pm and later.
Warnings: Naked times, though not like you can actually see any of it in text form.

Rouge was feeling a little grimy. She'd been gliding around the edge of the island trying to see if she could find a way out. Despite her excellent detective skills, she came up empty-handed. A little disgruntled and sweaty, she figured a nice bath was in order.

She entered the girls' bath with a pink towel around her chest, which covered enough of her to avoid being considered indecent. After putting her nightie and slippers in a locker, without modesty, she removed her towel and flung it to the side. She placed her bath soap along the edge of the pool and gently settled into the warm water.

"Ahh, this feels nice," she said to herself. "A good way to end a frustrating day of futility."

Oh what a long day. More cleaning and cleaning, but the bath was at least proof that they had been accomplishing a lot! Why you could probably drink the water if you were so inclined!

Rene came in with bare feet and a long blue robe, which she hung up and revealed a swimsuit as orange as her hair. As she adjusted the clip in her bangs, she hummed something to herself, one of Vario's original tunes. Once he had gotten over his ego, he turned out to be a pretty talented guy.

Guy's Side, open

BLOOSH! One would think a critter of his mass wouldn't make that much of a splash, but he does somehow. In any case, the tiling around the shallow end is now a lot soggier than it used to be. Sonic pushes himself to the surface and drapes over the side.

"Aaaaaah. Man. You know, maybe the end of the world isn't so bad after all..."

However, he was hardly ever seen without his shoes and gloves on because really, he didn't want to be ENTIRELY naked. (Plus, he had weights in them to make sure that he was training even when he wasn't training. You thought those silver legos on his shoes were there for decoration? Pfft. No. They're there for the poundage, man.)

He took both sets of them off as well as his socks before jumping into the bath.

Did he pick the right side to jump into? Did he!?! You Decide. Because a) The Sides were kind of a thing set up by current mansion residents, not having existed here prior, and they may not be entirely clearly marked. And b) He's.... just not super observant sometimes, OK? This could go either way.

Blaze thought it wouldn't be a terrible idea to get some relaxation in. After all that had happened, and all the hard work that went into making the mansion livable again after the state they found it in, she felt she deserved at least a short break.

She didn't expect to see Rouge already in the bath.

Blaze stood there, towel wrapped tightly around her middle, face turning red when she realized she wasn't alone. "I'm sorry, I can come back..."

Rock couldn't really feel grimy, even if he was. He had rudimentary senses, and odor never bothered him. But he DID have a girlfriend, and he wanted to make sure he didn't offend HER. So he decided to stop by the baths and soak for a bit. The warmth was pleasant, even for a robot like him.

The door opened, and out stepped a guy with spiky brown hair. He looked human enough, but with the towel just wrapped around his waist, it was easy to see seam lines running along his skin that belied the fact that he wasn't actually a flesh and blood human.

"Oh! Hi there! Mind if I join you?" he asked.

"No problem! Jump in."

He says this immediately as he would to just about anyone, barring maybe Eggman in a speedo. However, then he notices Rock's marrionette-like makeup, and his ears perk. He remembers hearing tell of really advanced robots running around... What's they call 'em? Rooplids?

"Hey... aren't you a robot? Won't the water short you out or something?"

Rouge turned to face her new bath companion and grinned.

"Oh, don't worry, sweetie. There's no need to feel embarrassed! We all have the same parts. No one's going to judge anyone, are they?"

She was amused at the cat's hesitance, but for some reason didn't feel like teasing her about something as personal as her body. Hmm. Oh well. Maybe some other time.

Rouge, on the other hand, was quite excited to see him. With his shoes off, he was quite a hunk, she couldn't deny it. And he must be soooooo embarraaaassed...!

"Oh, look who it is! Hey, handsome. You seem lost. But now that you're here, want to come sit next to me?" She "patted" the water, inviting him over with a devious smile.

Remember earlier when Sonic canonballed the bath and got slightly soapy water everywhere?

Sonic doesn't.

On his way back to the changing rooms, Sonic is of course at a full run on the wet tile. His self-made deluge returns to haunt him when his attempt to change direction at the last minute is largely ignored by reality.

"WhwhwhWHOA!"

Exclaims the frictionless hedgehog as he sails past the mens' changing room and sails directly through the door to the ladies'. Look out!

Late at night when she figures no one will be coming in...

Ronnae had never been very good at sharing a bath with anyone besides her siblings and yet she always seemed to find herself with company, unwanted or not, whenever she went adventuring back in Azeroth and they had to stop to refresh themselves.

Well this time she made sure to keep track of the visitors and how often they came in and tried her best to pick the time when she was sure she could have the bath to herself. Once she thought she had the best time, she went in quickly to enjoy a nice relaxing moment and hopefully get nice and clean. Though time does fly when you have so much damn hair to take care of...

Blaze had just turned to leave, when Rouge insisted she stay. "I'm aware of that," she replied. "I just don't... feel the need to be so... communal."

With her back turned it was easy to hide her red face. She had plenty of body image insecurities as it was. To sit there and compare herself to someone like Rouge... She didn't know if she could handle it.

Rock shook his head as he went to climb into the bath. "No, I'll be fine! I'm water resistant, so this is nothing!"

He let himself sink into the water and leaned back on the edge of the bath. "That DOES feel good..."

Rouge watched the cat intently, waiting for her to turn around and join her, ready to tease her blushing. When she didn't, Rouge couldn't help but feel a little bad. Body issues were not a fun thing to deal with, and she had quite a few herself, in truth. Even with voluptuous curves, there's still a fear that you're not good enough.

"I said no one's going to judge. I'll hold my tongue. Cross my heart. We'll just have a nice, calm soak."

She paused a moment to think, then shrugged and turned away, folding her arms behind her head.

"...But you don't have to if you feel uncomfortable. Come back later when it's cleared out."

Marine was enjoying the warm water when a blue hedgehog burst through the door to the dressing room. She instinctively ducked behind the cover of the edge of the pool and, being incredibly upset, she wasted no time speaking her mind.

"OI!! SONIC!!! The 'ell you think you're doin', you perve??! This is the women's side!!! Rack off!!"

Ronnae may have been trying to get some alone time. That would not be this night. For when she walked in, there was already someone there. A half genie girl, very naked, very relaxed, soaking in the bath, hair draped out over the edge.

"Oh! Hey, Ronnae!" She said, a hand popping out of the water to wave.

That... was definitely not part of the plan. Ronnae's face grew a darker color as her cheeks warmed up and she quickly averted her gaze. "S-Shantae?! Oh ah, I d-didn't know someone was here already. I... I can come back later." Said towel draped girl as it did a very bad job of hiding her figure.

Girl likes her baths, apparently!

So, there were two naked girls. That was.... uh. That was a thing he hadn't been expecting.

For a guy who was so good at finding treasure, he wasn't always the most aware of his surroundings.

"This isn't what it looks like!" he said, raising up his bare hands in a placating gesture and closing his eyes tight. "I'll see myself out..."

He tried to climb out of the bath. Easier said than done with eyes squinted so hard that he was seeing stars. He missed the edge and just kind of... floundered for a moment before knocking his head on the side of the tub and going under.

Wave's a bird, I don't know what Rouge's excuse is.

It was quite a difference, missing gloves and shoes made to make him look even cuter.

No it wasn't.

But it sure looked like he stumbled upon some great treasures already. Wave sighed when he went under, rubbing the bridge of her beak. She grabbed his arms and pulled him up and out of the water. He was a lot heavier than he looked. "So much for peace and quiet," she remarked.

After all that cleaning, Jolt needed him a bath.

So he cannon balled right in. Hey, you only live once, right? And he was reasonably sure he wasn't gonna shock anyone!

It's good for her skin, maybe?

"PFFFF!" Rouge couldn't help but chuckle at Knuckles' misadventure. So funny when he's flustered!

She stood up in the water and approached the two, fully and gleefully aware of how exposed she was above the water. Normally she'd be a little bit shy about it, but she felt comfortable in her present company. Comfortable enough to know her nakedness would either be shrugged off or cause hilarious awkwardness.

"You don't have to run off so fast, honey," she said as she took his arm and pulled him away from Wave closer. "We're all friends here, and you look like you could use a proper cleaning anyway."

Blaze took a deep breath. Rouge was being... downright welcoming, actually. Why was she surprised? She turned slowly.

"Promise you won't judge?" she asked simply.

Shantae shrugged in response, sitting up some. "It's all right. It's a communal bath, isn't it?" she asked. "C'mon! The water's nice and warm!"
