The hills are alive with the sound of EXPLOSIONS

Who: Ryzey Goldfuse and those brave enough to meet her
What: A goblin tinkerer arrives. Three guesses what happens next.

Okay. Okay, her latest invention probably had a few kinks to work out. Building an interdimensional portal was turning out to be a bit more art than science, but what kind of experiments didn't have a few minor setbacks here and there? Like, you know... getting stuck on the other side of a portal she opened in space and time. On the plus side, it worked! On the negative side, the portal closed before she could get back to her workshop. Great. Just great. 

A short, curvy goblin girl with wild strawberry blonde hair stood in the middle of the machine shop in the mansion. Nobody else was up at this hour of the night, which was perfect for her to get to work without interruptions. She unshouldered a bazooka on a strap, lowered a pair of goggles into place, and set to work, rummaging through the materials she could find, trying to pick out anything that could be used in her new invention. She needed to build a way to get back to Azeroth! There was money to be made! Unfortunately, despite her desire for privacy, she wasn't exactly quiet or gentle about what she was doing, tossing parts around and making quite a lot of noise, both of machinery and of cursing.

Ronnae smiled sheepishly and nodded. Truth be told she... was pretty excited. It technically had been a very long time since...

"I... It's this way." she stood up slowly, making sure Ryzey didn't end up tumbling off of her and started towards the dorms. On their way she did explain the areas and where she could get what if she needed to.

Ryzey had no objections. An attractive new friend, who was a gearhead as well? She'd hooked up with people for less! They were already getting along well. She looked forward to seeing where a partnership would take them! She hefted her big bag of tools and scraps, as well as her bazooka, and followed along with Ronnae towards her temporary bunk with her.

Although her goblin curiosity did get the best of her a few times, as she eyes things hanging in the hallways, shinies, new and unfamiliar places. She followed, but not without doing some exploring, poking her head into rooms and cupboards and closets!

Ronnae took her through the tour, always amused by goblin's curiosity. Once they did get to the room it was extremely well kept. Wall to wall it was neat and tidy and everything was in place. Plants took over some of the areas where it seemed she liked to read or relax and the one spot that seemed untidy was the workbench area to the side in what seemed like an extra sideroom where a lot of her tinkers, weapons, armors and materials were at in addition to a training area from the looks of it. At one corner next to a wide and tall window was a king sized bed, comfortable and enticing to say the least as it seemed to invite the tired to a nice and peaceful rest.

Just because they were stranded did not mean she couldn't make the best of it and from the looks of it, she made sure she was at home. Once inside, Ronnae took off her toolbelt and googles and placed them on a nearby table before slumping down on a comfy looking chair that was more than likely made by her in order to take off her boots.

Ryzey nodded as she looked around the room, setting her bag and bazooka down, rolling her shoulders as the great weight was lifted from her shoulders quite literally. She let out a low whistle as she took in the sights, smiling. She unbuckled her own tool belt and draped it over her bag, taking a running jump to bounce on the king sized bed. "Aaah! You sure know how to live, Ronnae," the goblin commented, spreading out and laughing. "This bed is WAY nicer than mine at home!"

Ronnae had stood up to place Ryzey's belongings in a closet nearby before turning to smile, crossing her arms and leaning against the nearby wall. "I guess my upbringing rubbed off somewhat on me." She often didn't really go into her background, but at least Ryzey could understand it a bit better being from her homeworld.

"Dad's family was from merchant nobles in Silvermoon, so I grew up with a lot of these kind of things. Nothing that I didn't have to work for mind you but still I guess it kind of stuck." She did shrug however, "I... was never much for the lifestyle of the Elven nobles but I know what I like and I try to make sure I'm comfortable within my abilities to create it."

"Yeah, honestly you don't strike me as the noble type," Ryzey commented, sitting up on the bed and crossing her legs. "I never lived in a house anywhere near this organized. I lived in the Undermine with my parents, and both of them loved working with their hands. They tended to bring their work home with them too, so trying to get around was like a landmine. Don't step on anything valuable," she chuckled. "I kinda picked up their bad habits there."

Ronnae shook her head, "Not at all, never really was my thing... It did stick real well to some of my siblings, they really knew how to play the noble game." she smiled a little remembering her family.

At Ryzey's mention of her own family, she listened intently and giggled, "I can see that, but I bet it was a blast - no pun intended - to live in the Undermine! I've only visited once... and it, well, wasn't for a pleasant circumstance." she shrugged.

"When we get back to Azeroth, remind me to show you around and give you some better memories of the place," Ryzey chuckled. "But for now, Lady Ronnae," she said, playfully picking up an honorific tone, "you ready to make some good memories?"

She hopped up to her knees and shifted closer to Ronnae to make it clear what her intentions were.

Ronnae smiled apreciatively, "Thanks, I'd love to see the place for sure."

The second comment did indeed make her face blush but in a less embarrassed fashion and more intrigued by the flirty goblin.

"I... y-yeah," she smiled timidly moving closer to Ryzey.

Ryzey reached up to slide her arms around Ronnae's neck and grinned broadly. "Good..." she said quietly as she pulled the other girl in for a soft kiss, closing her eyes to savour it.
