Open log: A wild Carnival Night Zone appears!

Who: Anybody bold enough to jump through a mysterious warp ring.
What: A giant carnival zone!
Where: In a pocket dimension, nearby island, or just AU, depending on how serious you want to take it.
When: Now?
Warnings: F for FUN!

 

Without notice or explanation, a giant, spinning gold ring had appeared at the edge of the island. Through the center one could see what looked like roller coasters, carnival games, and lots of balloons, among many other things. Timing a jump through the ring was tricky, but doable.

 

A mysterious spacial distortion obscured the area beyond the carnival. Anyone hoping to escape the mansion entirely would find it was hopeless through this warp ring. However, the entertainment value probably seemed tempting to anyone growing restless with nowhere to go. Why not grab a buddy and have some fun?

"...Okay..." He was still curious! His mind mulled over what that could possibly mean, but as he back-burnered that thought, he checked over his notes.

"Oh, I see. That's kinda disappointing then... Well there's gotta be something! Okay. Find something she likes to do, then casually broach the subject to get talking about it, then tell her how I feel. Got it! Am I forgetting anything..."

His face went red. "Oh right. Um... What if she wants to... you know..." He looked left. He looked right. Then he lowered his voice, blushed, and asked, "What if she wants to... kiss?"

Oh man... here we go.

"I don't think she's the kinda girl to want to kiss that fast," After all, being run over with an ATV is still a possibility. "But if she does, and if you want to... then kiss her. It's not rocket science."

"W-well, okay... But what if I'm no good at it?" he asked, worrying. Tails liked to be prepared, and have all of his bases covered. As remote a chance as it was, he needed to be mentally prepared.

"Thaaaat's one of those things that you learn by doing. And I'm not going to help you practice."

He's laying down the law on THAT one immediately.

"'Sides, it's one of the best ways to find out if you're actually... y'know... compatible. Just relax! That's the best thing you can do. Unless you can build a kissbot to practice on in a hurry." He adds with an amused smirk.

"I COULD do that, but that might be too weird," Tails said quietly. "Okay, I'll try... If it's a way to figure out if we're compatible, then we'll have to see." He scribbled down this new note. Yes, he was still taking notes.

"Anything else you think I should know?" he asked.
