What: Did you know it's getting hot out, and the mansion has a pool? GET ON IN THERE.

Well, summer was approaching. The days were getting much warmer. And there was a surefire way to beat the heat just outside the mansion. Whoever lived there previously clearly enjoyed swimming, because next to the hedge maze and surrounded by a wall was a very large, very ornate pool. And after the TLC the cleaning crew had given it, it was ready to accept swimmers. There were floating mats, lounge chairs, and a small assortment of water toys for those who wanted to mess around. There was even swimwear available! Conveniently, in a locker by the pool, there was a swimsuit for everyone, just your size! That was weird, wasn't it...? 

Well, time to get some chill. Into the water!

"Well, okay then!" she replied, paddling away a bit. "You go swimming much back home?" she asked curiously.

"Oh, well, yeah of course. I love swimming." she added a bit curious for the question. "Though we usually went to natural water sources like beaches, lakes, rivers, and the like."

"Guess they didn't really have swimming pools back in Azeroth?" Shantae asked. "That's rough. But it's great in here! I love swimming."

"O-oh no, we do. I just prefer those instead... and well, since I was usually on the field well it's was a lot harder to find accessible swimming pools..." And gosh did she feel silly now for not having specified.

[magicdancer]

"Oh! Yeah, that makes sense," Shantae agreed. "I always swam out off the shore of Scuttle Town. One thing about living in a harbor town is you learn to fish, and you learn to swim!"

[shiest_sunbeam]

"R-right, of course." Ronnae smiled sheepishly. "It always did feel nice to swim out in the oceans, but pools are real nice too." Though some of the parties at popular pools were... a bit scary at times.

[magicdancer]

"Yeah, and this one feels great," Shantae replied with a big smile. "So make sure you get in at least for a little while!" she instructed, kicking off the edge of the pool and starting to swim a lap.

"N-No worries, I definitely will... " For now I'll just admire the view okay? O-okay Ronnae's face reddened a bit but she smiled nonetheless.

"For now you'll just have to enjoy it for us both."
